When I got ill in September 2020, I had no idea that I would remain ill for several years. I had long Covid. For the first 3 months I was entirely bed bound. Every few weeks I would get a brief burst of energy and be able to sit up in bed to sketch out some piano music. Those sketches became this EP.

This is my journey back to recovery and wellness expressed in music, capturing the moments of boredom, despair, and ultimately hope.
